EFFECT 48 | The art of meeting in four turns of the clock is a multidisciplinary review produced byPonte di Archimede Produzioni and created thanks to the contribution of the Ministry of Culture, in collaboration withArkès Library,L'Ark of Pan AndUtopia Station with the patronage ofMunicipality of Panicale. Music, theatre, performance, literature, cinema and dance meet in Panicale (PG) and its surroundings, where the inhabitants, artists and the public become protagonists and interpreters of this open-air city laboratory.

There II edition Effect 48 | from 23 to 25 July 2021 | has welcomed numerous realities. The exhibition opened with iSea Flat, musical group that sailed around Panicale to bring music. Followed by a workshop for children held byEmma Jons, who with the help of their imagination designed a mural, which was then created during the 48 hours of the exhibition on the side facade of the gym of the Panicale primary school.
